With nearly 15 years of construction experience, Emily is a seasoned professional in residential, commercial, and multi-family projects, encompassing both new builds and remodels. Her true passion lies in Healthcare construction, where she excels at delivering innovative solutions for complex and unique scopes. Off the clock, Emily cherishes time with her partner Mike and their 19-month-old, Kayson. They love to go on family adventures and visiting their family cabin in Westport!

Anthony is a Superintendent with 9 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career as an apprentice and progressing through the roles in the Insurance, Remediation, Commercial and Residential divisions. He currently leads Healthcare projects, with a strong focus on safety, sub coordination, scheduling and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Washington and recently took up golfing.

Brandon Lopez

Brandon Lopez is a Foreman, with over 6 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting off as a laborer he moved up to an apprentice, working mostly in remediation work. And recently graduated from the Construction Industry Training council of Washington (CITC) after 4 years of school. Now he is a Foreman for the Healthcare division at ERS, enjoying learning how to grow his career even more. In his off time, he loves going to the gym and recently completed his first official half marathon. And will start training for his first full marathon race.

Paul Quinlisk - Senior Superintendent

Paul Quinlisk started in construction at the age of 12 working during weekends and summer break in his stepfather's masonry business. At 14 he began an apprenticeship with a master craftsman and boat builder. As a craftsman in California, Paul was asked to create props, sets and scenery for theater, numerous motion pictures, and video productions. Paul found a need for safer construction and production practices, so he returned to college to earn a degree as a professional in Occupational Health and Life Safety. After developing a successful construction safety career and volunteering in disaster relief, he has decided to go back into a supervisory role with ERS.
