Residential Project

I don't even know if I can limit my review to the words I may be given. ERS is so much more than what their profession is. They completely gutted a bathroom for us to prepare for a major surgery my husband had ensuring that it met all of his needs. Baylee, their Design Director helped us to create a look that is not only beautiful but fits the functional needs of my husband. She accommodated requests for changes with ease and grace and has a gift for taking your design aesthetic and elevating it. Danny our Assistant Superintendent was not only hands on, but an amazing example and teacher as he led various professionals through the process. He is compassionate and caring and truly takes pride in his work. He also made sure that my husband, who was recuperating from his surgery while the transition happened was aware of any comings and goings of workers and what to be prepared for. Michael, our Project Manager kept us informed, made sure he was available to assist when needed and was always ready to make sure we knew this was a team effort and freely gave praise to the team that helped us. I believe Michael had several jobs going at the same time, but managed as if we were his only clients. Last but not least by any means is Brett the CEO. There is a reason this team is so exceptional and that is because of Brett's leadership. He has high expectations and you can tell his team not only meets those expectations but goes beyond. He is quick to tell you how grateful he is for this team. I know I've spent too much time reviewing the staff and perhaps not the work, but in truth the work is the easy part. It is meticulous, beautiful and everything I wanted. The hard part for a company is to earn trust from day one by keeping their word and standing behind everything they do. We so believe in ERS that they will now be doing the rest of our house. We will add photos once my husband feels good enough to hang the shelves and photos we've bought! Thank you ERS, we are looking forward to a long relationship!
